• Bellevue Lounge is an exclusive business lounge on the 3 rd Level of Dock E at Plan 3
• Swiss Arrivals Lounge is at Plan 4

Tourist Information

The Service Centre located in the public area at Plan 2, offers information and customer service to travellers. Information Desks are also situated in Check-in 2, Airside Centre and Arrivals 1 and 2.

Medical Facilities

The Medical Centre and a dental service are available in the public area of Plan 4. Medifarm Dr. Jost pharmacy is located in the public and passenger areas of Plans 2 and 4.

Facilities for the Physically Challenged

Assistance is offered to physically challenged passengers at the Special Assistance Desks in the public and passenger areas of Plans 1, 2 and 3. The entire terminal complex is wheelchair accessible and special toilets for the physically challenged are clearly signposted.
