Sarasota Bradenton International Airport Terminal Information

Terminals

The current terminal complex of the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport covers an area of 240,000 square feet and was opened in 1989 after undergoing an improvement and expansion program designed to upgrade its facilities to meet the growing needs of passengers visiting Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport.

The traveler services at the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport terminal includes food and snack outlets, postal services, luggage carts, Automated Teller Machines, long distance phone cards, flower vending machines, SRQ Ambassadors to provide information and assist travelers through the airport, conference rooms and special assistance for disabled persons.

The first floor and lobby area at the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport terminal carry many artworks by local artists. Airport memorabilia, the Scottish heritage of the area and exotic plant arrangements are available at the lobby area of the terminal. The 2nd floor of the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport terminal houses an aquarium with 6000 gallons of saltwater and a display of statues structured by local craftsmen.

An Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) is located on the second floor in the terminal. It provides cash for holders of Honor, Max, Cirrus group, VISA, and Mastercard.

Tourist Information

The airport has a tour program which includes the terminal and the airport fire department. Call 359 5200, extension 4220, for more information. The tours are conducted by the SRQ Ambassadors.
