Missing baggage:
Claims and complaints for missing baggage at San Diego Airport (SAN) could be lodged at the Lost and Found Office located on the first floor baggage claim area in terminal two.
Help for stranded travelers:
Trained staff assistance is available from the volunteer ambassadors available near the baggage claim areas of both terminal one and two as well as throughout the airport premises via the mobile carts they ride.
