Lost & Found
Missing baggage:
The Portland International Airport's '˜Lost & Found' department is located near the airport's baggage claim level across from carousel 10. It is open from 8 am to 4 pm., Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Airlines operate their own individual '˜Lost & Found' departments. Please contact the individual airline if you believe that you misplaced an item during a flight.
Help for stranded travelers:
Volunteer Information Persons (VIPs) stand by for assistance. They provide traveler assistance, information, directions and escorts. A VIP can easily be identified by their blue polo shirts and 'ask me' logo. The airport's baggage claim level across from carousel 10. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
