Terminals
The Port Columbus International Airport consists of one Terminal for passenger and cargo services.
Airlines operating from the Airport's Terminal include Air Canada Regional, America West/America West Express, American/American Eagle, Continental/Continental Express, Delta/Delta Connection, Midwest Express/Skyway, Northwest/Northwest Airlink, Southwest, United/United Express, and US Airways/US Airways Express.
Among the many facilities available for those passing through The Port Columbus International Airport, is the Information Center. Located at the center of the Baggage Reclaim Level, this provides travelers with information on area attractions, maps and much more. Other Terminal facilities include ATMs (located on the Ticketing Level), News Agents, Lost and Found Service, a Golf Shop, a Book Shop, a Sweet Shop, a Toiletries shop and a Shoeshine Shop.
The Port Columbus Airport's Business Center is located near the entrance to Concourse C. The Business Center is privately owned and is equipped to handle all work-related functions.
The facilities available at the Business Center range from Currency Exchange to Fax, Copiers, Computer Suites,
Postal Facilities and even Conference Rooms. The acquiring of travelers checks, money grams, and flight insurance is also possible here.
A selection of Fast Food Restaurants are located at the Airport's food court in the heart of Gateway Plaza and a golf-themed full service restaurant with a view of the north runway offers travelers many eating options. A Skycap check-in located at the north and south entrance areas and also on the Baggage Reclaim Level, and a Pet Rest area located also on the baggage claim level are also on offer at the Port Columbus International Airport.
Disabled Facilities at the Columbus International Airport include Ramps, Lifts with Braille and well-signposted TDD Telephones. These are located right throughout the Airport's Terminal. A Wheelchair Service is also available on request while the Airport also features family restrooms to serve the disabled and families with children.

Gift Shops
Numerous retail outlets are located through the airport including PGA Tour Shop, Heritage Booksellers and Nutcracker's Suite.
Restaurants and Bars
The Columbus International Airport's three concourses have a variety of food outlets such as High Street Café, Mulligan's, A & W All American Food and Max & Erma's. In addition there is a dedicated food court area.
Business Services
A fully equipped Business Center offers currency exchange, fax services, traveler's checks, flight insurance, copier services and computer suites. In addition, there are also a variety of conference room facilities at the Business Center.

Two Postal offices can be found at the Port Columbus International Airport, near the Concourse C check point and in Concourse B.
