Missing Baggage:
The Lost & Found department at the Port Columbus International Airport is located on the mezzanine level above the food court in Gateway Plaza. For more information, please call on 614 239 5035.
Hours of operation: 10am - 6pm (Monday - Friday). Closed on weekends and holidays
Help for stranded travelers:
The Port Columbus International Airport's Information Department offers assistance to travelers. It is open from 9am to 12.30am Monday to Saturday and on Sundays from 1pm to 12.30am.
