Moscow Airport (SVO) is Russia's primary airport, hosting 80 international airlines and close to 12 million annual passengers to destinations worldwide.
Located 19 miles (29 kms) northwest of Moscow, Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport serves as the main hub for air passenger traffic in Moscow, and is the hub for national carrier Aeroflot.
Transport options between SVO Airport and Moscow city centre include regular express buses and taxis (though it is advisable to use a firm based within the airport). Sheremetyevo Airport runs a 24-hour bus service linking travellers to Moscow's second airport, Domodedovo.
