London Heathrow Airport Flight Terminals
Terminal Information
Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are located next to each other at the centre of Heathrow Airport (LHR), whilst Terminal 4 is located to the south of the airport.
Terminals offer a wide variety of services and facilities for the airport patrons including restaurants, bars, cafes, Internet access, business facilities and information desks. The terminal areas feature many facilities such as accessible restrooms, telephones for the hearing impaired and special seating areas for passengers with physical disabilities.
Terminal 1
All Heathrow's UK and Ireland flights operate from Terminal 1, as well as some European and long-haul destinations. Checking in for all destinations operate from the first floor of Terminal 1.
Terminal 2
Check-in area is located on the ground floor. Departures and arrivals are located on the first floor. Self service check-in is available for Air France and Lufthansa.Terminal 3
Check-in area is located on the ground floor of Terminal 2. Departures and arrivals are located on the first floor. Self service check-in is available for British Airways, SAS and Virgin Atlantic.
Terminal 4
Check-in area is located on the first floor of the terminal building. Self service check-in is available for British Airways and KLM.
Terminal 5
Heathrow Terminal 5 check-in is at the top of the building and accessed by glazed sky bridges from the car park or express lifts from the rail station.
To help cut queues, the terminal has been designed to make full use of self-service and online check-in. You can use any of 96 self-service kiosks.
Traditional staffed check-in desks will also be available at each end of the check-in area.
