Tourists arriving at the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport can request for assistance at the Information Desks located in both the International and Domestic terminals.
Baggage Stores
Passengers can store extra luggage at Travel Airport Services located at Arrivals Hall 3 of the International Terminal. The Information desk at Arrivals Hall 1 of the Domestic Terminal stores keys and envelopes for service fee.
Lost & Found
Finland's Found Property Service handles items lost at the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. It is located at Makelankatu 56, 00510 Helsinki, Tel. +358 600 41006 and is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Missing baggage
Missing baggage is the responsibility of the respective airline. The airport's lost and found only handles items lost in public areas of the airport.
Help for stranded travellers
Stranded travellers can request for assistance at the information desks. Guides are also available for children travelling alone. For additional assistance, the Airport police are available 24 hours of the day.
