Help for stranded travelers:
The Visitor Information Desk is located in the baggage claim area and it is staffed from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm seven days a week. This information desk functions as collaboration between Gerald R. Ford International Airport and the Grand Rapids / Kent County Convention & Visitors Bureau.
