Bradley International Airport Terminal Information

Terminals

Bradley International Airport consists of two terminals; A and B. The facilities on offer at the airport terminals include Automated Teller Machines, dataports, telephones, restaurants, snack bars, fast food outlets, cafés, ice cream parlor, cocktail lounges, pub, gift shops, newsagents, luggage trolleys, computer workstations, business facilities and executive lounges.

Facilities for the disabled passengers include handicap accessible restrooms, assisted restrooms, wheel chair service, telephones for the speech and hearing impaired, elevators and ramps and other assistance on request.

Eight rental car companies including Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty provide transport services from Bradley international Airport at present. The Bradley international Airport's parking spaces offer short and long term garage parking, six long-term lots and lot B for it patrons and the rental car parking lot.

Terminal A

Terminal A consists of 23 gates and it serves America West, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, US Airways and Delta Song.

Terminal B

Terminal B consists of 14 gates and it serves American Airlines and Skyway Airlines.


Shopping


Gift Shops

Many gift shops such as Brooks Brothers, CNBC, Newsstand 1, Newsstand 2 and Paradies Shops are located throughout the two terminals.

Restaurants and Bars

Many restaurants such as Boston Pizza, Fresh City, McDonalds, Wicked Good Subs, Breyer's Ice Cream, LavAzza's Coffee and M + M's are located throughout the two terminals at Bradley International Airport.

Internet Access

The US Airways Club located directly across from boarding gate A-6 features dataports.


Currency Exchange and ATMs

Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)

Four ATMs are located in terminal A and one in terminal B.


Extra Traveler Facilities

Airline Lounges

Two lounges are located in terminal A and there are three lounges in terminal B. The US Airways Club is located directly across from boarding gate A-6, which features a bar and lounge.

Tourist Information

The airport's Information Booth & Paging Service is located at terminal A. Call +1 860 627 3590 for more details. Tourists can also contact CT's Heritage Valley at +1 800 248 8283.

Disabled Facilities

Wheelchairs

Contact skycap stations or airline ticket agents on the upper level for wheelchairs and assistance. If any special assistance is required, the airline should be notified in advance.

Ramp ways

Accessible wheelchair ramps are located in both Terminal B concourses.

Elevators

There are elevators located in both Terminals A and B. Terminal A elevator is located in the center of the south wall. Terminal B elevator is located next to American Airlines baggage claim office near baggage claim area two.

Restrooms

All restrooms at Bradley International Airport are wheelchair accessible.


Telephone Booths

Eight TDD (TTY) phones for the speech and hearing impaired are located throughout the airport. They are located in the lobby, concourse, bag claim areas of Terminal A, in the lobby, two concourses, baggage claim area of Terminal B and in the IAB concourse area.
