Introduction

Tighter security controls being standardized across European airports may mean extended check-in times for passengers. Your airline can advise on check-in deadlines, but you should aim to arrive at least three hours before departure for international flights, two hours for European flights and an hour for domestic flights. To find objects or luggage left on board the plane, contact the airline in question directly.

Help for Stranded Travellers
Airport Information Desks are located in both Hall A and Hall B of the arrivals level of the airport. Stranded travellers can request for assistance at these locations.
