Take Van Wyck Expressway into Grand Central Parkway.
Continue on Grand Central to 495 Long Island Expressway.
Go into Queens Midtown Tunnel and exit at 37th Street and 3rd Avenue.
From Newark Airport:
Take NJ Turnpike North to Exit 16 east Lincoln Tunnel.
After tunnel take 40th Street exit and turn right.
At 40th Street turn right. Proceed to 3rd Avenue and turn left.
From La Guardia Airport:
Take Grand Central Parkway West to Triboro Bridge.
Cross over bridge and take FDR Drive South to exit 49th Street.
