1. "What are the requirements for claiming the Guaranteed Lower Rate?"
      In order to be eligible for the Guaranteed Lower Rate:
Hotel Reservations Network, Inc. must be contacted within 24 hours of booking.
The new lower rate must be for the same hotel on the same dates, and available for booking.

2. "If I am able to confirm a lower rate, how do I contact HRN?"
      Fill out the on-line rate guarantee form - response in 4 business hours.
Monday - Friday: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm CST
Saturday/Sunday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm CST

3. "What about outside normal business hours?"
      Use the on-line Rate Guarantee form and your request will be processed the next business day.

4. "What is the turnaround time for adjustment or credit if I can find a lower rate?"
      24 Hours

5. "How is my credit issued?"
      Credit is issued directly to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Credit will usually appear on your statement within 7-10 business days.
