In order to be eligible for the Guaranteed Lower Rate:
We must be contacted within 24 hours of booking.
The new lower rate must be for the same hotel on the same dates, and available for booking.

2. "If I am able to confirm a lower rate, how do I contact you?" |

Fill out the on-line rate guarantee form - response in 4 business hours.
Monday - Friday: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm CST
Saturday/Sunday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm CST

3. "What about outside normal business hours?" |

Use the on-line Rate Guarantee form and your request will be processed the next business day. |

4. "What is the turnaround time for adjustment or credit if I can find a lower rate?" |
