The baggage claim area at Baton Rouge Airport (BTR) is located on the northwestern side of the terminal's first floor. Missing baggage could be reported here.
Help for stranded travelers:
An airport help desk is located adjacent to the conference room of the airport, towards the right of the curbside entrance.
