The terminal complex at the Queen Alia Amman Airport consists of two passenger terminals and one cargo terminal, which cater to an annual passenger exchange of nearly five million and a yearly cargo transfer of over 90,000 tonnes, respectively. Queen Alia Amman Airport terminal building is located in a small area and divided into arrival and departure terminals by the duty free shopping mall located right in the midst of the complex. Each terminal has six gates for aircraft operation.
Passengers arriving at the Queen Alia Amman Airport are provided with facilities and services such as restaurants, restrooms, banking facilities, currency exchange, duty free shopping, lounges, postal services, tourist information desk, handicap accessible facilities, newsagents, first aid and nursery.
