We offer our customers all range of airport services as per the Standard Groungd Handling Agreement (SGHA) of 2008 January, published by IATA.We provide tailor made services to suit specific needs of each of our customers offering all or a mix of the following services

  • Surface transport of passengers and crews

SriLankan Airlines Ground Handling is one of the major Ground and Cargo handlers in the region. Currently, it serves more than 25 regular customer airlines and ADHOC carriers at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Colombo, Sri Lanka. With average revenue of over USD 35 million per year SriLankan is the sole Ground Handler at BIA. We employ approx 1500 employees who are well trained and experienced in ground handling.

Business policy

SriLankan Ground Handling as the Ground Handling wing of SriLankan Airlines Ltd, which is (100%) owned by the Government of Sri Lanka, caters to ground handling requirements of a large number of Airlines that operate out of Colombo's Bandaranaike International Airport, including SriLankan Airlines.
