Entered again Chapter 11 on 12/9/04. $125m each cash injection structured as a debtor-in-possession loan from Air Wisconsin (Eastshore Holdings) and Republic AW Holdings (Wexford Capital) in 3/2005, $75m from Air Canada (ACE Aviation Holdings) in 5/05, $250m loan from Airbus (against A350 commitment), $150m from Wellington Management in 6/05.
