Kenmore Air is an airline based in the city of Kenmore, WA, on Lake Washington. It operates scheduled and charter seaplane and landplane service to destinations throughout western Washington and southwestern British Columbia, as well as seaplane "flightseeing" flights around Seattle. The airline has hub ops for seaplanes at its terminal on Seattle's Lake Union and for land planes at Seattle's Boeing Field/King County International Airport.
The airline was established and started ops in March 1946. It was founded by Robert Munro and two partners and began ops with a single aircraft and hangar at the airline's current location on north Lake Washington.
