Hokkaido International Airlines , also known as Air Do is a Japanese low-cost airline headquartered in the Ōku Sapporo Building. It operates between Tokyo and cities in Hokkaidō with its main base of operations at Tokyo International Airport. The airline was established in 1996 and started operations in December 1998. It is owned by Mizuho Financial Group (96.07%) and individual investors (3.93%).
